Ok–First of all—I made it about 2 hours!! Yep thats right–I like my food! I am not FAT persay–but my blood pressure and height and weight could use a small makeover!! LOL I have IBS so I tend to be careful about fibers and such–but I am all over the system cleaners—LOVE THEM!! That Master cleanse is discusting–better yet–I dont really get what it does? So I may just stick to a good salt cleanse every few days and back to more fruits and vegis and see how it goes! Thanks for keeping up with me and forwarding so much helpful info! Michelle
